These resistances are made of 80/20 1100ºC chrome-nickel wire, high purity mica, natural mica, brass profile or stainless profile. M5 stainless impus screw and special nut are used. Inside the special connection box, 50 cm imported steel braided armored cable with resistance sleeves are combined with spot welding. Insulation is provided with 600ºC glass fiber macaroni and special static tip stone.
The resistances are ideal for working temperatures up to 300ºC. The nozzle resistances, which are not affected by melt plastic leaks during use, are produced at the desired dimensions of 5 Watt / cm² apart from the standard gauge.
